Fixed packages & pricing
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay, locked into your contract before construction starts. As long as your selections and site conditions don't change, your price doesn't move — no progressive “variations” sprung on you along the way.
Your fixed price covers the home as shown for your chosen design and inclusion level — from the structure and fixtures through to the finishes listed in that level. We give you a clear, itemised breakdown before you sign so you know exactly what's included.
02 — Category
Finance & grants
Many of our buyers are. Eligibility depends on your circumstances and the current South Australian government criteria. We'll point you in the right direction and can connect you with brokers who know the new-build process.
It varies with your finance and the design you choose. As a guide, many lenders look for around 5–10%. We'll talk you through realistic numbers early so there are no surprises.
03 — Category
Designs & inclusions
Essential, Premium and Luxe each step up the finishes, fixtures and detailing — flooring, joinery, appliances and more. Every level is a complete, ready-to-live-in home; you simply choose how far you'd like to take the finish.

04 — Category
Land & blocks
That's completely fine — plenty of our buyers start without a block. We can help you understand which designs suit the land you're considering, and work with you once you've secured it.
Tell us your block width and our designs filter to the ones that fit. Start in the online tool, or send us your block details and we'll shortlist designs for you.
05 — Category
Construction & timeline
Most homes are built within roughly 16–24 weeks of construction starting, depending on the design and site conditions. We commit to your build time up front and hold ourselves to it.
Yes. You'll get regular updates as your home moves through each construction milestone, so you always know where things are at.
06 — Category
Warranty & aftercare
Every Homesquare home is covered by statutory builder's warranty plus our own aftercare. We stand behind the build well after you've collected the keys.
We walk you through your finished home at handover, hand over the keys, and your warranty period begins. If anything needs attention afterwards, our aftercare team is a call away.
